SPECIAL FEATURES
:
The equipment consists of two independent sets of 100
kV electrostatic powder spray guns and control panels.
Both the sets can be operated simultaneously at independent
desired powder output. The powder container shall be
common for both sets. The equipment is handy in case
of following cases:
a. Non-stop continuous production
is desired. Both the sets provide back-up to each other.
Hence, in case of any malfunction, the other set shall
still carry on the production. Hence, production does
not get held up at any moment of time.
b. In case of back-to-back spray booth,
the equipment can be used for spray from front as well
as backside.
Therefore, the basic fundamental behind designing of
this equipment is to provide entire trouble-free and
non-stop operation of plant.
