POWDER IS READY FOR USE : Powder is paint but it is dry instead of wet. This eliminates
the need of pre-mixing, stirring or thinning. It also does not require any viscosity adjustments and hence there is no fuss. The powder can be used straight from the back.

NO POLLUTION : Powder Coating, being 100% solvent-free eliminate atmospheric pollution. It ensures hygiene in the paint shop and eliminates effluent disposal problems.

GREATER SAFETY : Fire is the biggest hazard in all conventional paint shops. Again powder being solvent-free, have no risk of fire.

ENERGY SAVING : A substantial reduction of energy losses is achieved by using powder instead of solvent base systems. In conventional systems, solvent rich air has to be vented whereas in Powder Coating booths, air is filtered and recycled. This results saving in healthy systems and also savings during baking time, since the same of powder is much shorter than in the case of liquid systems, which consists of a primer coat, an undercoat and two final coats.
